How can I ask about an order if I cannot access my account?
Use the seller's documented account recovery or support channel. Provide the order reference when you can locate it.
What should I confirm before purchasing on behalf of an organization?
Do not assume an ordinary buyer account automatically represents an organization. Check whether a substitute would still meet the documented requirement.
How can I assess an important claim made about a product?
Check whether the claim applies to the selected option. Ask what evidence supports a claim that is central to your decision.
